You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SMTP Test Tool, its operators, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your testing of SMTP servers without proper authorization

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• SMTP credentials are never stored on our servers
• Test data is ephemeral and immediately discarded after use
• We do not log or retain your SMTP credentials
• All connections are encrypted using HTTPS
